"Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and hotel allowed pets for a nominal fee. They even provided treats at check in and after a walk, much appreciated by our dog. The mission statement in the lobby was something about genuine hospitality from genuine people. Very accurate description of how we felt. I’m sure countless guests had checked in before we arrived but I never felt like I was just a number or that the staff repeated the same scripted conversation. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in but she even took the time to briefly share a personal story about her pet. Overall a great experience and stay. "
