Very clean room. I would say needs a bit of an update in the next few years, but overall it was a great stay. Very quaint and quite. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Always had a smile.

The rooms were comfortable, not fancy, and way overpriced due to the Bucking Horse Sale being in town. However, for being on a main street, it was pretty quiet. The coffee was good.

I slept ok but I couldn’t control the AC so I was cold all night. My bed was missing the flat sheet. The front desk gave me one but I didn’t properly take the blanket off and make it well, so it wasn’t as comfy as it could’ve been. There was roadside noise over the fan noise as the doors go to the outside. The mattress was comfortable! There wasn’t a do not disturb sign to put in the door handle so housekeeping knocked and then kept knocking, even after I answered. I felt rushed out.

It was okay. More of a hotel style and check in was very slow even though I was the only person there. Staff was nice hut paying $25 for one night for my dog seems a little silly. Also, I don’t enjoy being put on the 1st floor with the outdoor layout as a solo female traveling.

Although the swimming pool was out of order for repairs, the front desk staff recommended a nearby water reserve with a beach — a wonderful suggestion for which we were very grateful. This motel has real potential, largely thanks to its kind and helpful staff. However, some of the wall-to-wall carpets, as well as the bathtubs, could benefit from a deep cleaning..
