"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very friendly. The one thing I can say that I did not like about the property was the parking attendant. He was very rude and threatened to call the police when we left our rental car for a few minutes outside the hotel "

"Incredible family friendly experience. Water park is great. Palomino island is accessible and fun. Great Parrots and a fun quest for kids to explore and learn about the hotel. It is massive but the experience is worth it. "

"The hotel was convenient. The staff was nice. There was an issue with water leaking onto the shelves underneath the bathroom sink, which made the towels damp. But the front desk got us some dry one's despite the late hour. They also arranged for someone to take our luggage all the way to be checked in, and for a wheelchair to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the gate. Everyone was very kind. Should I be passing through SJU again i would definitely stay there."
