"This is a no-frills hotel just two minutes walk to the airport. Room was very clean and bathroom was recently updated. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Yes there is a charge for air conditioning, but overall it was great value for four people and there was a cafe just down the street for breakfast."

"The staff in all departments were great, helpful, very friendly and approachable. The reception team bent over backwards to help us when our flight home to the UK was cancelled. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and attended to every day. The buffet breakfast was all you could eat with a huge choice of food. The restaurant was good value for money and had a good selection of meals. The location of the hotel was very interesting with a 20 minute walk to the centre of Volterra."
