Blue Haven Resort - All-Inclusive

"Everything was great"

Zenza Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at Zenza and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The vibe is very chill and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind away from the crowds. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We did have a small leak in our room and no hot water the first night, but once we reported both issues, they were fixed quickly by the next day. We really appreciated how attentive the staff was. The hotel has two great restaurants on-site, Baci and Sharkbite. Sharkbite had excellent drinks, a fun atmosphere, and delicious bar-style food. We enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. One of the things we loved most was that the hotel provides golf carts to take guests to two nearby beaches, and they also have bikes available if you want to explore the area. The only downside isn't really the hotel's fault—it's the location. Since Zenza is off the beaten path and away from the main hotel strip, there aren't many gift shops or other attractions within walking distance. Also, if you're planning to do several excursions, I highly recommend renting a car. We found that only a couple of the excursion companies would pick us up at Zenza, and relying on taxis sometimes made us late getting to activities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, hotel away from the busy tourist areas, Zenza is an excel choice!"

Royal West Indies Resort

"Our unit was impeccably maintained and well equipped. The grounds and ease to get to the beach are amazing!"

The Tides Grace Bay
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was incredible. It was like staying in a condo. My room was huge and had a super huge balcony. All the rooms were large and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the utilities and appliances were top-notch. Such a great value. The beach was literally maybe a three-minute walk away if that. There was no restaurant on our property but there was a restaurant right next door that served great food. I would definitely stay here again. It is one of the best, course conscious places I could find and I don't regret a minute. My only challenge was that there was no real gym on the premises but hey what was I expecting for the rate? The staff were super helpful. The local fish fry was just a few blocks away."

Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Ooof where do I begin?! We absolutely loved it here. From the moment we checked in with Michal, to becoming friendly with nearly every employee there. They knew my teenage daughters by name and were so much fun. My youngest daughter loved Joan!! And so did we. The shuttle service to the beach was awesome and the pizzas were delish. The pool was so pretty and we loved hanging around there at night. Deja at the front desk so how burnt I was, and found aloe leaves for me! The kindest people, the most beautiful beaches and the hotel was clean and perfect for instagram-loving teens!!! Thank you indigo!!!! We will be back!"

"Amazing service"

Ports of Call Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was great and nice. The cleaning crew did our room everyday. The location was fantastic, and they provided seats on the beach. There is a shopping center apart of the hotel with everything from ice cream, specialty coffees, groceries, restaurants, and gift shops. I gave amenities 3/5 because our room had horrible shower water pressure and the breakfast is subpar. The milk they provide during breakfast is not stored correctly and lukewarm. But I have to say, the overall stay was positive experience and worth the price compared to the higher end hotels that charge much more."
