"Resort is very beautiful and is right on the Grace bay beach which had turquise color water and white soft sand. Water clarity was so clear that you can see the sand. Beach in front of the property was like a big swimming pool as not too deep. Used their complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the water. They also had swimming pool, pickle ball court and bikes to go around. Resort had a cafe, restaurant and a bar which was convenient if you don't want to step out for food. Also, resort has so much greenery in and around with shrubs, coconut trees and was so pleasant even during hot days. Room had a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food and a big balcony to relax. Staffs were friendly with lovely smiles. Loved the resort and would defintely recommend it. "My friend and I stayed in the French Village. The beds were a little uncomfortable. Besides that, the French Village was quiet, the pool was fantastic, the food was great, and the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alexandra. The staff were accommodating and professional. We received excellent service from the everyone we dealt with. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were very diverse and exquisite, especially at the restaurants on site and also at the sister resort, Blue Haven. Alexandra’s location is convenient to nearby shopping that is walkable, but alternative bikes are available to use for free which is another nice amenity. There is a protected reef about a 20 minute walk along the beach that was amazing, make sure to borrow the snorkeling gear that the hotel offers to get the full experience. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Alexandra and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island."

"Beautiful location minus the towering construction going on next door. Excursions picked you up right on the beach at the resort. Shopping with dining options within five minutes walk. Expensive, but worth it for the location. "

"Called front desk 3 times about no internet connection in room, no reply or anyone coming to check same.Food and drinks at resort were good but expensive especially drinks!Need better signs to locate buildings and gym areas.Pool was somewhat dirty."
