"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary. "This is not my first time and will not be the last time. Will come again and again because the resort have white sandy beach, easy access to the beach and suitable for children. Pool also kids friendly. Breakfast: average. Restaurant a bit crowd especially during public holidays but food is enough coz staff always top up the dishes. One suggestions for breakfast, please add on porridge in the menu. Travel with infant/kids, but there is no porridge serve during breakfast. Very disappointing....
