"For being a 5 star supposed hotel They were lacking in many areas. No room service, the desserts at every restaurant were gross, there is no posters or billboards to see daily activities without having to download a app (most resorts are posted on a board in a general area of hourly activities). No shuttle service to and from airport or anywhere else around town and it’s an all inclusive. Lack of signage for areas such as spa, market, etc., the one man at the exchange was BEYOND rude while exchanging money and training a new hire grabbing money directly from her hands after struggling to count… I had more than wnougg time for her to learn and was very upset with him ordering to give her the money back to count it and learn..
on the flip side, most all the staff was amazing and bubbly and helpful, lots of pool and space for people, theme nights once a week were a blast! Hotel was always clean and housekeepers did an amazing job of that.
All in all an ok trip, not sure I would go back to this resort."
