"This hotel is a 4* at best. I was given a room on the ground floor in the corner with full view into the room from all angles, which provided little to no privacy. The bathroom did not have a proper way to drain water, so after a shower, almost the whole floor would be covered and even leak into the hall.
Also had some bad service experiences in the hotel. And the pool was way too cold to swim, making it redundant. Shame, as it is advertised bettter than it is."

"Nice place, great location, comfortable rooms and lovely view. I stayed in room 2 and it needs a little improvement in terms of fittings, a new safe and electrical point. Will definitely book at Atlantic Villa again in the future as the value for money was good and the staff were helpful and friendly."

"Had a great stay here! The room views were incredible— it can get quite windy next to the beach but the views definitely make up for it! Parking was easy and staff was very helpful! The food was so delicious at the restaurant which I cannot recommend enough! "

"We arrived at Burning Shore for our prebooked - prepaid accomodation over Xmas holidays - only to find it closed and without any notice on the door. When we phoned we were told the hotel was closed for renovations- and that they had not received our booking or payment ( clearly confirmed in hotels.com) - and no rooms were available in an adjacent/ presumably affiliated hotel ( 2 days before Xmas) .
