Er is een elektrisch kacheltje dat hard te werken heeft wanneer het buiten koud is, maar daartegenover staat weer dat er dekentjes zijn om onder te kruipen. De leefruimte is ruim, de slaapkamers knus. De badkamer is wel krap. De klinken mogen wat extra aandacht krijgen, die zitten los. Innen war es sauber bis auf das Badezimmer da waren irgend welche Flecken auf dem Boden die aussahen wie Fäkalien. Das ganze Haus roch sehr modrig und es fühlte sich auch klamm an.
