"The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing."

"This property is not wheelchair accessible! Not only are there high lips on every doorway but it is impossible to navigate a wheelchair inside the home. The doors are not wide enough. Bathroom with toilet is TINY! There is not enough room between furniture. It made it very dangerous for my husband ..."
