"The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing."

"Our room was very hot. There is no AC in the rooms. We asked the front desk why it was 27 degrees and never cooled off.
