Nice stay

Enjoyed the stay. All the staff were lovely. Room was straightforward, spacious and functional. Beer/wine/snacks available - which was great.

Zwolle visit

The cleanliness of this hotel was good and the staff were kind and helpful. This hotel is of a certain age and needs updating especially where decoration and carpets are concerned. Some corridor carpets had bare areas and also paint was peeling on doors and door frames.

Does everything expected and does them well

A basic hotel at a basic price made good by the friendly and helpful staff. It makes a great base within walking distance of the city centre and it simply provides everything expected from this type of hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and great central location. The hotel generally was fine, covers basic needs. However, noisy with traffic outside and the rooms were very warm at night in the summer. The decor in rooms could do with a refresh

Ok so I don’t speak Dutch but still receive your stuff in Dutch. When we show up for check in , 2 of our rooms weren’t ready and it was 3pm. The check in is from 2pm. It took us more than 30min to check in . there was no water in one of our room and we couldn't take a shower this morning what i specified at the reception.

Price at booking was €62, check in price was €92. Not amused. Hotel state is a bit run down, rooms are hot and no airconditioning. Quite noisy. Location is near eating and drinking facilities. Also close to shops and city centre.

The location was ok. Room very spacious. And clean. Internet good enough. And coffee in the room. Staff very service minded. Matras was to soft/ not orthopedic. Time to upgrade the room (wash basin was cracked, among others).
