"Located amidst the Bordeaux and near the famous St Emilion wine growing region, this rural spot is ideal for a quiet and relaxing get away well removed from the hustle and of tourist accoutrements. Easy access to local historical buildings and event locations. A well equiped facility but our space lacked a tv. (perhaps an oversight on our part)."

"House was in a lovely location. Garden was rustic beautiful sound of frogs in the evening. House comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Owner was helpful to accommodate a later check out. Shame half a toilet roll, and no soap provided. Would rather have had these basics than the local bottle of wine! Especially as had just stayed at another place with the basics including toilet paper soap and cleaning products in addition salt and coffee being provided."

"The owners are friendly and very nice. They were on site the whole time we were there, so we shared the pool with them and the people renting their smaller apartment (although we were never actually in the pool at the same time). We didnt realise this from the advert. The house is nice, but a little old fashioned - the kitchen and bathroom could really do with a refresh as they feel very dated. That said, the kitchen came with everything we needed included dishwasher and coffee machine. But the...

"Thank you so much Irish for a lovely stay at your wonderful house. It was very comfortable with lots of space for 8 adults. Iris provided great recommendations for things to do around Saint Martin de Gurson and the village has a bar and a small shop. The jacuzzi was a big hit!"

"The gite is simply amazing. The whole site- gite, pool, grounds and hot tub are outstanding. We all had a wonderful time lounging by the pool and cooking together over the BBQ in the evening."
