"From start to finish, our stay at this villa was excellent and exactly what we hoped it would be. The house was awesome and and no trouble accommodating our family of 11. The concierge met us at the dock and escorted us to the house and helped us get situated. A big shout-out to Regina! And the owner was in contact from the start to ensure that things went smoothly and met our expectations. The house is right on the beach and has postcard views of the ocean. My wife has a list the top 9 beaches that we’ve visited around the world and this beach moved into the #2 spot, second to a very private beach on Yasawa Island in Fiji … and yes, that is saying something. The home was clean and the kitchen was very functional. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils to handle all of our dinners. This get together was our family celebration for our 50th anniversary and it lived up to our expectations. Because of its island location, it does require some logistical planning to get there with enough food for the stay, but that is part of the adventure. While we normally cruises for our vacations, it would do this trip again as long as we could stay at the same villa!"

"Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you. "The house was perfect. We had 4 couples. Perfect space for all of us. The house was very clean and had a lot of little amenities. You are ON THE beach. BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises. It was an amazing relaxing getaway to float in the ocean all day. The host was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definately stay here again. "
