"If you are looking for a quiet island getaway, you cannot beat Delancy‘s cottage! This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and our experience was definitely the relaxing beach vacation we were looking for. Miss Delancy was an exceptional host. Provided all of the tips we needed to arrange for the ferry to North Caicos, rental car, sightseeing, restaurant, and beach recommendations. She was even able to help us get some fresh local fish! The cottage is very close to many beaches. Our favorite was less than a mile away and each day we were the only people on the beach. The most beautiful water we have ever seen! "

"Susan was an amazing host, everything was smooth from checkin to checkout. The place was a little piece of heaven, gorgeous views, and the second you walk through the door you feel at right at home. Cathedral ceilings and it is decorated so thoughtfully. Beautiful little details throughout the space. it is honestly better then the pictures. A huge plus from our perspective was also how well stocked the place was, it had the majority of basic cooking ingredients for a getaway, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies. When I asked about snorkel equipment before we arrived she went out and bought some for the place. I just can’t say enough about this beautiful place to escape to. If you want a place to get away from literally everything and just enjoy the beauty of the island then this is your place. It’s also so close to the most beautiful beaches you will see in Turks & Caicos. I am already missing it!!"

"This house is made of 3 independent apartments with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathroooms each and a living room and a full kitchen. It is centrally located on Bambarra beach. The check-in/check-out process is super fast and easy."

"The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We cooked meals every day in the house and it was almost unbearable because it was so hot. The appliances need updating as well, the stove throws off crazy heat and the fridge is working overtime just to keep things somewhat cool. A few fans to place at doors would be nice to circulate air. Some of the windows didn't have screens as well, or they didn't fit properly, so we couldn't open all the windows. A note for those traveling with kids - 2 of the bedrooms are in a building separate from the house. The beach was stunning, nice and sandy, we only saw a few people the whole time we were there."

"This house was exactly what we were seeking. Quiet, beautifully appointed, and a stunning beach front location. We especially loved the two hammocks. Getting to North Caicos is not easy, but the homeowner had the house manager meet us at the ferry. He then took us to the house and had a rental car delivered. This was extremely helpful. We loved barracudas, cilantros and Ms Bs for meals. We hope to return in the near future."

"Loved this home on North Caico's. Very quiet location directly on the beach with a great porch and backyard to take in all the sights and sounds of the ocean. Comfortable, varied furniture to find your perfect place to unwind. Enjoyed morning beach walks and afternoon swims. Could walk to Barracudas restaurant for lunch, happy hour or dinner. Enjoyed the lack of crowds. The house was perfect and well appointed. Mac was so accommodating without interfering. Gave us great recommendations for exploring. Highly recommend taking the journey to Mudjin Bay, Bambarra beach and Sandy Point to explore. If you are looking to unplug and rejuvenate this is your place!! Never turned on the TV once - no need."

"We stayed at Whale Watch for 5 nights this May and enjoyed every minute. The house is lovely and well appointed. We especially loved the large porch where we could literally see all of Middle Caicos. Ocean breezes and endless sunshine filled our days and having a pool with a view of Mudjin Harbor was absolutely incredible. Short driving distance to Bambarra Beach, Seaview Cafe and the caves. Communication with the owner and house manager was terrific, check in/out was a breeze. We had everything we could need and will definitely be booking Whale Watch again in the future!"
