"Nice staff!!"

"Staff was great, breakfast was filling and the shuttle was on time and dropped us right where we needed to go. Great hotel for a night before or after flight out of DTW. "

"I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. The sink started leaking. The microwave in the main area was filthy. It was pizza boxes and chips all throughout the common areas. Half of the arcade games wasn’t working at all unplugged. They were clearly understaffed. It was horrible."

"We had two rooms and both had old food in the refrigerators. No microwave in rooms. We had asked for at least one. Both bathroom sinks were clogged. But the heated outdoor pool was fabulous and makes everything else easy to live with! "

"Great views, clean, comfortable bed made for a great nights sleep. Swimming pool, hot tub and staff was excellent! "

"Our 7 year old Grandson had a great time. It was crowded since it was during spring break but we were able to manuver even with so many people around. The water park is set up with many tables & chairs and a lot of space for the crowds. Our room was quiet & comfortable and the staff was SO friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay with a few minor blips. Had a family of several in the adjacent room one night with loud children. The breakfast choices were great and a pleasant surprise and delivered to the room each morning."
