First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents. Huge Thanks!"

"The property is ageing now however clean. Location wise you cannot get better than this. Stayed 3 nights however only had the breakfast the once and it was amazing. Value for money and would recommend. Lifts can be a bit slow at prayer times. "

"Easily accessible to gate 79 (kaba entrance). Beautiful, clean hotel with great facilities. Stayed for one night on 26th July 2025 before return to London. Reception staff, and concierge staff were fantastic. Excellent Haram views, with comfortable beds and room facilities. Would book again and recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff. "
