"Nothing like the pictures show. We book one of the nice new looking places and without mentioning anything to us, he gives us the worst room in accommodation history. We booked for 2 people, and it's a 1 bedroom room, but not just that, it honestly looked like it could all crumble in seconds. "Great location, fantastic staff, good breakfast, great roof top bar, good massages. Our group loved staying there. Property in places is a kittle tired, but the lobby is amazing!"

"I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. Next, the breakfast was authentic and so delicious! As a bonus, you get to eat breakfast with incredible views all around. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. My husband and I were so grateful at how helpful the front desk staff were. They answered all our questions and even helped us book a rental car. I implore you to stay at this hotel! You will have the best experience as well die. As I mentioned before, I don’t leave reviews unless a hotel really blows me away and this one truly did. "
