"部屋に暖房器具がなく、少し寒さを感じました。ただ物凄い寒波襲来時だったので、普通の寒さなら大丈夫なのかもしれません。
ホテルスタッフの方々は皆さん親切で、年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越し蕎麦を振舞っていただいたり、おせちのバイキング、オムレツのトッピング増量など、楽しい年越しとなりました。年末の花火打ち上げは大寒波の中で見に行けず残念でしたが、音だけで想像力を働かせて楽しみました。
楽しい家族旅行となり、大満足でした。"

"It is absolutely an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and peaceful place located right by the beach. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. Attending the story time on Tsunami made our stay memorable. "

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
