"The pool is nice. The rooms and hallway smelled like they had been smoked in a long time ago but it’s still lingering. The breakfast is terrible, if you could even call it breakfast... The room should have been maybe $60 not over $100 like we paid. Overall, they need a major overhaul. We will not be staying again. "

"We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away. We had a very small issue that our host took care of immediately. I mean immediately! She came within minutes on a holiday evening! We were so taken care of while we stayed and it was stocked...

"White Oak Haven was a perfect stay for us - everything we needed and wanted! Very comfortable and quiet. Great communication with the owner, easy directions, and well appointed accommodations made for a great weekend getaway! Extra points to Mr. Jennings who generously provided a new grill before we got there! We will definitely be back!"
