"Lovely hotel in Reims, walkable to restaurants and shops. Part of the hotel was under renovation so we couldn't see the whole property, but the section we stayed in was very nice, modern, and clean."

"Staff was very accommodating. They were friendly and fluent in English. The coffee, tea, bar area ia accessible 24 hours a day on the honor system. Someone had a beautiful wedding in the garden during our stay. The chateau is ajacent to a park area with miles of wide, level walk and bike ways! Wonderful, fresh breakfast daily!"

Lucie went out of her way to help us since there were some road closures due to the Christmas Markets. She answered all our questions, gave a quick tour of the property and offered suggestions on the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"
