"Everything was perfect! The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and always smelled fresh. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious with a large balcony, which was a big plus. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed within an hour — very quick and efficient service.
