The rooms are a little tired and I couldn't find a safe, but the beds are super soft, clean linen, towels, bathroom, carpets, wardrobe, etc. I asked for directiosn - they were brilliant. I lost my room key, no trouble for a replacement, I needed a taxi, sorted and even brought me a post it note out with the reg number on it. Very easy to find, impressive lobby, excellent staff, comfy beds, clean room, great location"
