"The price is great. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach was under a red flag the whole time, so no one was really getting in the water. You probably still can, but at your own risk. The pools are all only 4 ft deep, and the buffet food wasn’t the best. One good thing is that you don’t need reservations for any of the restaurants. I went with friends, and we got asked for ID multiple times since they don’t use bracelets there — apparently we all have baby faces 😂. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly resort, perfect if you’re looking for something peaceful and comfortable. Also there are only 4 slides in the water park"

"Hotel en excelentes condiciones es muy nuevo. Buena comida buena bebida. Se disfruta bastante.. Está enfocado en ser un hotel para descanso y tranquilidad. No tiene entretención muy amplia, sin embargo, buenos restaurantes y buen descanso. Recomendado para parejas y personas que desean tranquilidad y bienestar. Los shows nocturnos son muy interesantes. Estuvimos en uno de AC/DC Night y fue muy bueno. Los huéspedes son de bastante nivel, los empleados están bien entrenados."

"The food: Poor to average at best. The buffet is unfortunately the best dinner option. The rooms: Dated not well maintained take a shower and the floor next to the bed would be soaked. Beds weren’t comfortable The pools: Are fine, missing tiles all over the place but it’s a pool the water was clean The waterpark: It’s fun spent 2 full days there basically the aqua bites Resturant there isn’t good. They have a pretty large menu but never seem to have what you want. The staff: Most are friendly however they try and upsell you on everything constantly. All inclusive should mean all inclusive Concierge: Be careful with them they will offer discounts on things like the character meet and greets but you must complete a timeshare seminar for you to get any discounts. They even tried to charge me for a character breakfast I didn’t attend. Took 2 days to get refunded and many people to talk to. Overall it was a disappointing trip it wasn’t as advertised even the photos they use aren’t up to date or accurate. They use photos from their Mexico location which is newer and presumably nicer."

"The beach was amazing and definitely one of the best parts of the resort. The shows and entertainment were also very enjoyable and well done. However, the buffet food was almost the same every day, and there were not many seafood options. Overall, we still had a good experience."
