"First and foremost, the staff was incredible!!! Antonio the head of the entertainment staff was 150%. He ran the yoga classes in the AM, The fun and aerobics by the pool and the fun nighttime activities. I really don't know how he does it!!! He deserves a raise. The front desk staff was positive and helpful, always smiling and the restaurant staff was also incredible. I would go back for the scenery and staff most definitely! The room was ok. Cold showers were not great. The decor was dated ,but in pretty good shape. I know the price was right. The Beaches were clean and beautiful. I would say, having the pool open later would be nice, and the food offerings to change more in the buffet. Several days of the same offerings was a little boring. Overall, the staff and the pool and the scenery would bring me back. "

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always seemed happy to help. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping the energy up with activities during the day and shows at night. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a lively, enjoyable getaway in Punta Cana. I would absolutely come back again. "

" Bird poop and cloudy water in pools with bouncy setup - pretty disgusting - as a physician I suggest avoiding those if you can. Food - 6/10 - ok for AI but not your typical big city average restaurant food. Diarrhea 3 days out of the 6. Hotel staff service 8/10. "My overall experience is excellent. This is not a party hotel and really sticks to the Hyatt standards. Pros: cleanliness is excellent. Staff was very attentive and caring. Rooms are very comfortable including the bed. Easy check in and check out process. Cons: entertainment for adults can improve. An authentic Dominican Restaurant serving food cooked by a native chef would be amazing. A live band that plays classic merengue would be great. Comment: it is an amazing hotel with great service. I wish they would incorporate the Dominican Republic culture a bit more."
