Only issue was I travelled with my 87 year old mother who had mobility issues and uses a walking stick.
Accessibility was an issue and needs to be sorted. Beach access was difficult - steep stairs or a very long ramp that meant excessive walking, no assistance to rooms . I asked for a wheelchair and was told I needed to rent one for $50 US per day plus $295 refundable deposit - ridiculous that there is a charge for mobility after paying for an all inclusive resort. She was unable to see the whole resort because she couldn’t walk around it which was a great shame and affected her experience"
