"Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv."

Also not in the shared kitchen. - About the shared kitchen, it is still under construction. You cannot use it. - The room is very small. Has no furniture, except for a bed , a night stand and a small table. - A bar is advertised, but there is none. - I don't think there is any cleaning service. - There is a swimming pool, without water. "Fantastic lodge in cool leafy surrounds....clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and fully equipped. The included breakfast was superb! We really enjoyed chatting with the hostess and learning about living in the area.....strong recommendation! "

"Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good. Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now, that staff try but failure lies at the owners door. Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill. The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down. "

We had a lovely village walk one morning, and then enjoyed the evening drive to the pans visiting the Bushmen and the meerkats on the way.
