I had two flat tires before arriving and the staff were incredible in helping me get them fixed and on my car. The tour of the bird sanctuary they conducted was also amazing. Excellent for such a remote location.

A nice lodge frequently visited by the elephants of the area. The chalet was spacious and offered all amenities we expected.

Great stay enroute to Francistown. The hotel organised a great sunset pan trip. Receprion lacked management skills.

Mosquitoes everywhere . I asked for spray for my room I was told bad luck! The lady on reception was aggressive and unhelpful demanded I paid despite me telling her I already paid Expedia ! She charged my card anyway. They did not reply to my requests to deal with my return of funds! I would never stay in this flea pit again!

Tolle Lodge, Abendessen absolut spitze gewesen. Die Frühstückszeit sollte jedoch organisatorisch etwas verbessert werden. Man musste Zettel ausfüllen, um Rühreier, Omelette, etc. zu bekommen.
