"We arrived at a closed reception and were the only people in the camp. A young girl came walking up and showed us our tent. The tent, bedding etc. were clean, with a small flash light as the only means of light. The ablution had no water, and the toilets had no seats. "Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room.
Firstly, we booked executive room because of a reason, now we had to settle for a small bed horrible shower and not to mention that the standard room was not that clean. However, we were moved to the executive room the day after. When we asked about the refund for Friday night, they came up with...
