We had a wonderful stay at The Taj Mahal, New Delhi, and it was the perfect way to begin our trip to India. Our complimentary airport transfer made our early morning arrival stress-free; took about 30mins. A special thank you to Sakshi at Reception, who arranged an early check-in after a short wait and ensured we were allocated a high-floor Taj Club Room. We enjoyed a Viator tour of Old and New Delhi on our day of arrival and at 4:30 am the following morning for our Taj Mahal tour in Agra....

I stayed at the Imperial in May 2016. I almost didn't stay here because of all the negative reviews about costly Internet charges. I am very averse to paying for Internet in high end hotels. Anyway, I decided to stay because I really wanted to experience the Imperial. On checking in they advised they now have free Internet. A very enjoyable stay - lovely food and sumptuous breakfast . Very polite and caring staff

The staff at this hotel were extremely accommadating in particular Ravi who serviced our room and was always available whenever needed. The room was very clean. The hotel is a bit run down though and the internet did not work properly in our room. None the less I would definately stay here again in the future.

Every request was meet and exceeded by staff especially by a driver who took my family to Rishikesh a 4 to 5 hour trip turned into 10 hour because of traffic conditions then he's great help in locating our accomodation. Thank you wonderful service.

Clean room, great service and awesome staff

The Trident (Business Hotel belonging to the Oberoi group) in Gurgaon, is an efficient well-run hotel close to Delhi airport. If you need to stay one or two nights in Delhi before moving on, it's a superb hotel to stay in: wonderful gym, pool, lovely service, excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel any time.

Having lived in Delhi for 10 years, this is the hotel I always return to because of its location and its a lovely hotel, that’s not too opulent. Suits me and my friends wonderfully.

Have stayed at this hotel twice now and can highly recommend it. There are many embassies in this part of New Delhi. It is a quiet leafy area with a metro stop about 10 minutes walk away.
