"In the room there was no mirror, only in bathroom, which is not appropriate for one 4 star hotel. Also, there was no possibility to adjust tepmerature. They only turned on heating few hours in the morning and in the evening. Telephone in the room did not work."

"The hotel was really far away from everything but I think the most frustrating thing was that the 24hr front desk isn't actually 24 hours. It's only staffed during certain hours and if your bus or train is late and you don't have a way to contact them you're pretty much screwed with fining anybody around. I wouldn't stay there again. I spent so much on taxis that I may as well have stayed at a higher priced hotel closer in to everything. There's not even a restaurant withing 20 minutes...

"Situated 5 minutes from the old Town. Nice owners. The room was nice and there was a large common terrace that we all could use, incl the owner. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare your beakfast and bring to the terrace. They also do laundry."

"A safe, cheap and friendly place to stay. Very accomidating host. Breakfast was included. He allowed me to do a free wash. Not the Ritz but for the price it was fine. I would stay again is visting sarajevo. "
