"The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. What sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Janet welcomed us with tea and graciously offered us an early check-in at an available room. She did a wonderful job of explaining key sites to see around the town. At dinner, Damir was most attentive and made our dinner an excellent experience. "

"Stayed for three nights, had two rooms. Everyone was very happy. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice breakfast and dinner, fresh quality ingredients. We will definitely be back. "

"Everything went well, the location of this hotel was great and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The place was nice and well kept. The only two downsides that caused me to rate this 4 instead of 5 stars were bed comfort (bed was pretty hard and not conducive to sleeping on your side) and the room thermostat unfortunately wasn't able to turn off, so it illuminated the room and interrupted my sleep dozens of times throughout my two nights here. The breakfast was good and everything went well. I'm only leaving comments about the uncontrollable room lighting for others like me that require it to be dark to sleep. There is occasional noise and shaking from the nearby train, but that didn't bother me and there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Very nice stay! "

"Location was convenient. Room looked out on a wall covered with graffiti, but was fine. Front desk staff was helpful, and email response was good, but when I had a question and called the 24 hour number, I couldn't reach them- but the problem could have been on my end- would be good to have better instructions on calling that number from an international phone. "

"Had never been to Mostar or B&H before but staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. They couldn’t do enough for you in an entirely unassuming way. They were like family friends by the end. Location was perfect for strolling around the sites and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast up there with the best. Brought to your table with widest possible range of options to graze on. Would highly recommend "
