The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very elegant with Old World character but everything is also modern and up to date. Breakfast was lovely with lots of great options. "

"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."

"Front counter staff at arrival (2pm) seemed tired and uninterested and the smell of dog urine and visible signs on the entrance steps weren’t pleasant However the inside of the hotel was clean, fresh and easy to navigate Housekeeping was 5 star-our beds were comfy-always important! we stayed 2 nights price was reasonable if you are a wheelchair user I would recommend the hotel The early morning staff at checkout gave away smiles for free "
