Upon entering, the ambiance transports you to the shores of the sparkling Gulf, offering an immediate sense of relaxation. Marvel at the emerald waves from your private balcony, unwind on a beach chair as the sun sets, or experience the magic of an evening swim under the moonlight on the tropical pool deck.

Inside, Jade East 1040 boasts a chef-ready kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary suite indulges with an oversized bathtub, a wall-mounted flat screen, and a separate entrance to the balcony. Exclusive gates open to reveal a tennis court, pickleball court and a deeded beach access where you will enjoy the seasonally provided complementary beach service. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Agency made it very easy from check-in to check-out. Great customer service. We loved the unit and all it had to offer. Security is on it so be certain to hang parking pass in your car asap. I didn't feel the wrist bands were necessary either given all the codes. We will definitely be back.

Loved this condo! Spacious enough for our group, beautiful views and comfy beds. Beach service that was included was appreciated and then the guys at Barefoot on the beach just outside the condo were wonderful in getting us all the extra umbrellas we needed. Felt like Jade East had a little trouble keeping the grounds out front clean and clear of trash(just unfortunate). But nonetheless-we had a great stay!

Great location, views, beaches, and property

Overall, this was a great stay and we enjoyed yet another family trip to Destin. Whether it was watching pods of dolphins from our balcony, having the doors open to listen to the sounds of the ocean, enjoying some beach time by walking out the back door and through the gate onto the beach, swimming in the pool, or grabbing the car to head to Destin Harbor (only a couple miles/10mins up the road), this was a great location. Two things that caused us to not give it a 5 star review (I’d give 4.5 if I could) is that the furthest interior bedroom’s TV was almost non-functional. We couldn’t get anything to work during the first day. To their credit, the PM team came quickly while we were out on the beach and reset the TV/got the cable to work. But the internet/streaming capability of that TV was straight out of the 90’s…sooooo slow to load Netflix, Disney+, etc…and even if it did load, it was 50/50 whether it would lock up, forcing us to have to go in there and restart the movie. While I know you don’t come to the beach to watch TV, the ability for our two girls (ages 8 and 5) to have their own room to watch movies while taking a beach break, at night, etc. and have their own time was a big selling point of this property…so for their TV to not work very well was disappointing. That, and the upper right corner of the TV was broken, so you could see that when watching as well. Also, no recycling on property. So many recyclable materials went right into the trash. :(

Very clean facility and condo. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Super easy access to beach/pool. Amazing view of ocean from main bedroom n living area. Great location from restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Not easy to get around due to construction, but hopefully that will finish. Front office super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed this property so much we extended our stay!

The only down side to the condo were the miniature TVs in the bedrooms. They were no bigger than an IPad. Please replace!!! Overall, great stay!!!!
