Check out the fitness facility then partake in our seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin Beach Resort the perfect destination resort for vacations, reunions or business meetings. SunDestin Unit 1811 is a bright and cheerful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Re-energize in this vibrant unit filled with beachy decor and cozy furnishings. Check out the amazing gulf-front views from your private balcony, readily accessible in this open-concept floor plan. Prep meals and snacks in the kitchen, packed with anything you might need, or chill in the living room watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Catch a catnap in the living room with a sleeper sofa, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Spend the day on property or venture out to enjoy dinner on the harbor at the Destin Harborwalk just five minutes away. Live like a local at Margaritaville, known for fresh seafood, tropical drinks and live entertainment nightly!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

There’s an air conditioner unit on the balcony, which gave off a lot of heat. It actually made it too hot to enjoy the amenities of staying on the beach, especially the view. When I contacted guest services, the lady told me she would reach out to the owner of the property for a partial refund. I never heard anything back from her. The unit itself was nice and clean, but we missed the opportunity to enjoy the views from the balcony which is huge for us.

Great little getaway for a family of six from Europe

This condo may be a bit on the smaller side, but for our entire family it was PERFECT. All six of us from age 7 to age 70 fit well and slept well in this cozy charming condo with beautiful views of the gulf. We enjoyed the pools, fitness center, the grills for cooking, and the little convenience/gift shop is something we wish more complexes such as this would implement. The property is a little dated in places, and while it is undergoing exterior renovations, unless you spend your entire days in the parking lot watching the progress, you really don't even notice it. Truly a great place to stay.

Great little spot for a family of six from Europe

We enjoyed this little condo on the 18th floor immensely! Beautiful views, everything was very clean, the staff at this hotel are simply unbeatable in terms of their friendliness and desire to assist guests. We enjoyed the pools, the near instant beach access, the fitness room, and of course the set of grills for cooking. Also, having a small little gift shop/general store in the lobby was a very nice and useful thing that I wish more complexes like this would implent. This condo is quaint yet still comfortable. While this entire property is undergoing exterior renovations, honestly, unless you spend your entire days in the parking lot watching the progress, you really won't even notice it. For the price, it's a no brainer kind of deal. Go have fun.

We enjoyed it!!

The room itself was wonderful (there were 6 of us) the beds were not very comfy but other than that we had a great vacation! The staff was very helpful in everything we needed or wanted. The location is amazing!!!! Beachfront views with a private beach area was great so it wasn’t as packed. The inside pool was kinda small and packed at times. The kids splash pad wasn’t that great. You have to rent a blow dryer if you need one because the room does not have one (bring your own). Overall I give it a 4.5 star just because of that and the construction that was going on.

not very clean, hair in the shower, a bathing suit sticker on the bathroom door, pans dirty, kitchen cabinets had food particles. then i get an email 3 hours after we had checked out saying hope you are enjoying your stay , reminder dont hang towels from the balcony??

Good stay, bad pothole for cars leaving

We stayed there over the June 2, 2023 weekend and just wanted to write about a bad pothole out in the main road when turning right out of SunDestin. It would be a simple fix by the City or even by SunDestin with a little cold patch asphalt to fill that hole which was hidden by water as a mud puddle.. We hit it at least 3 times when leaving the property and it felt like it did damage to the tires and car. Other than that, we had a good stay and loved the beach and weather. In summary, that is a bad, hidden pothole that needs filled.

I wouldn\'t stay here again

The location was great. The lobby and restaurant was great but the condo was really dated. The back half of the condo had zero light in the master bedroom and hallway. They had one tiny wall light you couldn\'t even see your luggage. The twin beds were awful the kids wouldn\'t sleep in them, thankfully we brought an extra blow up bed or we would have been in a situation. Sleeps 6 but there was only 3 kitchen chairs? The one sink didn\'t drain. We were disappointed in the overall feel we had when we first walked in felt really dark and old. The building hallways felt like a parking garage. Thank goodness for the view or it would have been a total bust! I wouldn\'t ever stay in this particular unit. Pictures are definitely way better then it is.

The room smelled like spices upon arrival and was not in very good condition. The toilet handle was broken and the sink barley drained. Every wall in the place has scratches and was dirty. Their are wires and multiple electrical devices plugged into a single outlet. The outlets by the sinks are not GFI receptacles which pose a serious fire hazard. The only nice thing about this place is the view and location we will definitely not be revisiting!

Easy to check in. Friendly staff. Needs to be updated. The unit itself was filthy and had an odor. It also needs to be updated in EVERY way.

Destin Vacation

We stayed here as a family taking our kids for a beach vacation;. We were very happy with the property and location. It was clean and everyone was friendly. Check in and out were very easy! Our condo was clean and very nicely set up. The only thing I didn't like was that the washer/dryer units were shared among floors and not in the condo itself!
