With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Experience a home away from home ambience from the moment you enter SunDestin 1205.  To the left of the entrance is a spacious master bedroom featuring a flat-screen television and DVD player, with the bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing an ideal space for the children to relax. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to enjoy at the beach. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large flat-screen television, DVD player and a comfortable sofa and armchair set, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.



Panoramic gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the balcony and living room. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin-sized bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We had the BEST vacation!!

We enjoyed the amenities and location of this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay cost effective and enjoyable. The kitchen has all the bakeware/cookware & utensils you could need to make your meals. We enjoy staying at SunDestin and have always had a great experience with Scenic Stays.

We enjoyed our stay and will make plans to return! The room was clean, the A/C blew nice and cold, the water pressure was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sink drains, but we put in a call to the front desk and maintenance came up and fixed it quickly for us. The beach was clean and the pool area was nice. I wished the splash pad was up and running but we knew when we booked our stay that it wasn’t working. The view of the beach from our room was beautiful and I can’t wait to see it again!

Absolutely Awesome!

We had an awesome time staying in this unit. Overlooks the gulf and is perfectly located to all the activities we wanted (chartered fishing, crab island, fireworks and others). Very clean and well maintained. Pictures are exactly what you get. We will definitely stay again next year. Great value for the money.

Great Place!

We had the best spot in the house! View was amazing. Guest services was on point, staff was great. Although the unit was super clean, condition needs some TLC. Exhaust fan and recessed lighting needed secured to the ceiling. Screen to the sliding glass door was not attached correctly. Lots of paint, looked like the "landlord" special in some areas but for the price, location and the view, I'd do it all over again without hesitation.

Regret!

. I was thoroughly disappointed at the first sight of our room. Obviously the photos online didn’t depict the room accurately. It was evident the owner invested the bare minimum in upkeep. It was so outdated! The room felt dirty. The walls were stained with visible dripping of some type of substance. The furniture had many dirty spots- from crusty white stains to black stains. I did not sit on the furniture. The pillows had to be 10 years old, they were flat as a pancake. From stained curtains to mildew on the shower curtain, I truly felt bad that I had brought my kids there for a week’s stay. I could tell by the looks on their faces that they were disappointed as well. I just think that there should be a standard of quality across the board at SunDestin. Overall the condition of the room was maybe a -1. Another issue was that the tiki bar and restaurant were non-existent. No source of food other than the gift shop which offered snacks which wasn’t very convenient. If you prefer clean towels and a clean room, there is a community laundry room to use, but you may want to bring some Clorox Wipes or something to clean with. Bedding is minimal, we did end up asking for a few blankets, which they were happy to deliver. I believe it is mentioned on the website, but you will pay daily for beach chairs and an umbrella- so just a heads up! I learned a lesson, pay a little more to ensure a clean and accommodating resort!
