When you are ready to soak up some sunshine, head down to the shared pool for a quick dip or walk to the beach where you can easily get your fill of sandy toes. Plus, the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin is mere minutes from the complex when you want to check out the local restaurants, shops, and amusement parks that make this area so special. Inside, the fun can continue with sweet relaxation as blue skies turn to pinks and oranges come sunset. The chef of the group will feel right at home whipping up tasty meals and snacks in the full kitchen, as they will love using the major appliances and cookware provided. The rest of the gang can hang out at the breakfast bar or kick back on the sectional as a movie plays on the TV. Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe on this getaway either because the private washer and dryer are ready to keep swimsuits and towels clean during your stay. There are few places like Destin, so book your stay at this gem while it lasts! Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
