A cheery Caribbean condominium is waiting for the pitter patter of your happy feet! This roomy Destin vacation rental has everything a glorious beach getaway should encompass. From its location in the much sought after Crystal Beach area to its amenities and close proximity to the beach. All your worries will be left at the doorstep.

Coastal colored walls greet you upon entry as if to say "relax, you are on vacation"! A fully accessorized kitchen, a balcony overlooking the well manicured grounds and two serenely decorated bedrooms will make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Imagine a grill out with the family after a great day at the beach, an evening swim in the pool and then cocktails on the balcony or simply unwinding in your own Jacuzzi bathtub or Caribbean Dunes' community spa.

Visitors just love staying at Caribbean Dunes because of its great location. Immediately next door is the very popular Camille's Restaurant and an adjoining coffee shop. Right across the street is a gazebo and the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the Destin Commons outdoor mall, grocery stores and other great shopping destinations are all less than a mile away. Great things happen when the ease of the Caribbean and the laid back lifestyle of Destin meet- great vacations!

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Destin vacation

Very clean and updated. Mattress was a little to firm for my liking but i have rheumatoid arthritis and need something softer but my husband said he was fine with it. And my daughtwr stated the other bed was fine for her also. Very close to beach and a short drive to everything in destin. Would definitely recommend this property and newman daily

This property was not like the listing you can not see the beach and we had mold in the shower.

Not clean, the bedding was like hospital bedding. Mold on the shower curtain and very outdated. You can not see the ocean.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect. Just wish it was stocked a little better. We have stayed at other Newman Dailey properties and were supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and clothing detergent. I just wish previous guests were allowed to leave left overs of those products as well as trash bags, paper plates, non- perishable itesms, etc....there vs. housekeeping throwing them out. Just seems like a waste of money to have to throw it away.

great place is you don’t plan to be in there

If you are looking for somewhere close to the beach, affordable and you plan to be out and about this is great place for sleeping. Quiet neighborhood. There were a few areas that could have been touched up as far as cleaning, but other than that it was alright.

The property was a perfect location to the beach and centrally located, which made it easier to visit different places. The house was cute and spacious for the 3 of us. The only negative is that we couldn't use the upstairs shower. The shower head was black and moldy looking. Definitely needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

it was really nice. this was the 6th time staying at the Dunes. 1st time in this room. everything we needed was there. a recommendation - when the Pool lights come on the heat for the pool comes on. we love swimming at night be the water is to cold.

My wife and I met another couple in Destin to celebrate our anniversary. Property was great, literally steps across the street from the beach, clean, comfortable. Plenty of space for two couples with private bed & bath for both. Would stay again!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice clean space and easy to get in and out and to the ocean. Our only complaint is that we thought it was located where you could see the water from the balcony (the pictures were slightly misleading) but you couldn’t. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Carribean Dunes 222, May 9-19, 2019

This property is located so close to the beach, a block away, it is very convenient. The property was nice although definitely dated, but the kitchen was updated and very nice. Excellent balcony to sit out on facing the pool just across the street. The only downside is that there are large rental houses across the street and they rented to fraternities and large noisy families. We did really enjoy our stay and had everything we needed for us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
