This beautifully decorated 1BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 and offers tiled floors throughout and a fabulous kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room.     Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

    **A building-wide floor resurfacing project will begin in early October 2023 and conclude in late January 2024. Occupants of Pelican Beach Resort may hear grinding during the work hours from 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm daily Monday through Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays.

    Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

    The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree, Pelican Beach Resort has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation condo!

Great Getaway!

The property was very clean and had ample supplies, etc. The resort itself was also neat and clean, with helpful/friendly staff. Loved all of the resort amenities: tiki bar/cafe, pools, hot tub, beach chair service, etc. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful time. This is our 3rd time staying in this condo. Absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the Gulf. We will be back.

Great location

Great location. Wonderful views. The master bath had an odor but I think it just needs a new shower curtain. Also would recommend renting beach set up in advance if you want the front row.

Awesome family vacation

Pelican Resort is great. 3 pools, Tiki bar, Cafe on-site. Right on the beach. Only negative was the mass amount of rented beach set ups put us far away from water. No tents allowed on their beach. Family had a blast. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Views on Top Floor

Lovely Beach front property with great views! Would definitely come back again. Property manager was quick to respond with questions and minor fix. Access to “carts” made hauling items to room easy; close to grocery stores, local restaurants and activities.

Destin Birthday

It was nice, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Mold around the faucets, and the main entrance door has to be pushed to get it opened. Code worked but had to try at least a couple of times because of what I mentioned. The view was spectacular!!

20th floor awesome view! Furniture, a little outdated and the rug in the living room definitely Needs replaced since It’s extremely old, dirty, and curled up at the end, which actually could be a tripping hazard. Tiki bar closes at dusk, which was a little disappointing since we enjoy having evening drinks and music at the pool. Overall, our stay was good.

It was wonderful and exactly how discribed! 20th floor had a great view saw sharks and manta rays in water from room. Very clean and well stocked! All the staff was friendly. Great location to many of the favorite restaurants and even Walmart was just a short drive. Nothing I could find was damaged or needed repair in the room. Beds were comfortable and showers were clean and worked well. Nice beach vibe to the decor. If I was going to say anything to improve it would be to have softer towells ( very minor issue). Overall we would definitely book again!

A treasure in Destin

We were greeted by relaxing music & beach scenes on our tv as we entered the unit! It smelled fresh & clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes as well as small appliances. The beds were comfortable, including l the pull out couch! The view was absolutely spectacular!! The 20th floor is the place to be!! We enjoyed the beach directly in front of our unit and also enjoyed the pools & hot tubs. The indoor pool was a nice feature. It was very convenient having the Tiki bar on site & the beach service from the Tiki bar as we sat under our umbrellas on the beach! I highly recommend Pelican Beach Resort and unit 2006 for your next visit to Destin!!

Summer 2024 🙌

We had a blast! This was our 3rd time staying at Pelican Beach Resort and our first time on the top floor! At first I got the Willie’s when I looked over the balcony but after a few minutes I was well adjusted and spent a lot of time with my binoculars watching the ocean. We did see a dolphins leading a boat which was beautiful. We seen a few sting rays from above one was HUGE such a cool experience. Overall this place is 10 stars! From the view to the tiki bar all the way down to the chair rentals. I had an amazing time letting the ocean throw me around like a rag doll and I can’t wait until our next visit. Also. We did not see nor hear of any sharks in Destin and the week we went the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. 😍

Do not stay here false advertising

Starting with the fact we received an email 1 week prior to checking in that there would be construction the entire week we were there, didn’t start our vacay great considering we could not get a refund to go somewhere else. I mean you cannot tell me the property mgmt company or the HOA didn’t know about this in the summer! The bed was like concrete, rug worn through, bathrooms, disgusting (hair on wall, dirt). The “dishes” were disgusting. The couch had who knows what kind of stain, the balcony had bird poop all over it that we had to clean it just to sit outside. A lot of money for subpar accommodations. The one shining light thru this nightmare was the staff on site, the cafe and their workers and the tiki hut staff, 5+ stars!!! Super friendly, great food and drinks and funny as all get out! Great property, horrible condo….

Gorgeous view!

The view from this condo was AMAZING! We spent so much time out on the balcony just watching the waves. My kids loved the bunk beds, although I was a little unsure of the railing on the top bunk. It was very loose. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the dresser was big enough for our whole family’s clothes. There were a few issues. Not a fault of this unit, but the elevators were awful. There were 5 of them and at least one was always broken. The waits could take forever sometimes. At one point, the call buttons for the bank of 4 elevators together weren’t working, so everyone had to use the single outdoor elevator. In the unit, the microwave started tripping the breaker halfway through our stay. We notified property management, but didn’t want to wait for someone to come fix it, so we were without a microwave for a day. Property management is very quick at responding to issues. Lastly, I went to fill up the bathtub in the master and the water had so much dirt/black stuff floating in it. I don’t know if it was a water problem or dirty tub problem, but we all used the stand up shower the whole trip. Overall, our stay was great. The resort is awesome, with 3 pools and hot tubs, a tiki bar, cafe, beautiful beach, and parking garage. We’d definitely stay at Pelican Beach again.

By far the best place I’ve stayed in Florida! This condo is truly exceptional—from its spacious layout to the stunning view. This charming beach condo has a large kitchen well-stocked with everything you need. And that beach is one of the nicest I’ve seen in the U.S. SUNRISE & SUNSET VIEWS! I will definitely be returning!
