Sitting on the sixteenth floor, East 1606 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resortā€™s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. East 1606 is a perfectly decorated beach home that will keep you returning year after year!

    East 1606 is an end condo with extra space inside and out. The condo offers a coastal feel with an inviting, spacious open-concept living area. Youā€™ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for seven with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

    The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

It was a truly wonderful visit, the Condo was immaculate and pristine. The patio furniture leaves much to be desired and has changed since their posted photo's. It was the only negative part of the stay but so uncomfortable it needs to be addressed if possible.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our week at Silver Beach Towers was heavenly. We were in unit E1606, overlooking the crystal white sands of the beach and the sparkling blue waters. Our unit was a 3/3, a little bit small for our needs, but perfect nonetheless. We highly recommend VRBO and the Silver Beach Towers.

The house and grounds were amazing. The children were allowed to roam freely without supervision. The kitchen was well stocked with pot,pans,dishes and glassware even pool safe glasses. I especially loved the cabnet labeling which made it easier to put away dishes. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. The 4 bed area could have used more natural light. It was the best house we ever rented and this was our 11th house. Loved it.

Professionally Managed Operation Exceeded Expectations

Reality matched the photos (for a change). Convenient location, easy, secure parking, proximal access to a world class beach. Condo is nicely appointed with flat screen TVs and cable in every room. Excellent kitchen and superb wrap around balcony offered extensive 180 degree views of sunset and length of the beach. Would definitely return.

Beautiful property and fantastic views!

Great resort! Fantastic location! Staffing was very polite and helpful! Overall a fantastic vacation. The decor was absolutely adorable. Our only ā€œcomplaintā€ would be that the pillow cases were not washed and the shower had hair in the drainšŸ˜¬ but I brought detergent and washed the bedding and cleaned the shower out. We plan to stay again with our family next time, this was just a getaway for the two of us and it was a great time. Itā€™s not far from pretty well anything, we did several things and never drove further than 10-15 mins.

Ice maker wasnā€™t working while we were there, but we were reimbursed for ice if we bought it ourselves. Only complaint is that our condo owner doesnā€™t participate in the program with beach umbrella and chair set up so we had to pay full price if we wanted that amenity. Otherwise our stay was great!

This condo was perfect for our family. Every room has a balcony and the whole back half is open to the beautiful ocean! Plenty of room for our party of 6. Very close to the elevator with a quick ride down to the beach. We loved the ease, convenience and cleanliness
