This first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is the perfect place to stay for your next beach vacation. This ground floor unit has direct back porch access lush backyard area and is only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our Tennis Court Reconstruction will begin the 3rd week of October 2026.

Chateau La Mer II’s community is a desirable, family-oriented complex, perfect for a peaceful get-away. We are a short walk to Captain Dave’s and Kenny D’s Restaurants. Feel free to cool off in the Chateau La Mer II’s pool or try your hand at tennis located on-site. Take advantage of the complex's outdoor grills and adjacent playground when you need a break from going out. There is no through-traffic, so families with children can easily enjoy the outdoors. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities, there is something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
