It is a short 5-8 min walk to the beach from this condo where you will find Sandpiper Cove's white sand beach, beach boardwalk access points with nice seating areas, and a beachside café. There is much to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickle ball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove boasts one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe overlooking the marina. Grab a water taxi at the marina to tour and visit day and night spots all along Destin, eat at exquisite restaurants, and try some fun activities. The area has numerous championship golf courses, or you can enjoy other attractions like snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, dolphin cruises, water parks, fishing excursions, and much more.

Boaters: Boat parking is available along the canal for boats up to 30' for an additional cost with a docking reservation through Sandpiper Cove. Boaters must provide boat registration and proof of $100,000 liability insurance. There is a boat launch in Sandpiper Cove, but trailer parking is not allowed on site.
