Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**A building-wide floor resurfacing project will begin in early October 2023 and conclude in late January 2024. Occupants of Pelican Beach Resort may hear grinding during the work hours from 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm daily Monday through Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays.

You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach.
