Sterling Sands is located directly on the Gulf with a beach that boasts 380 feet of sugar white sand. This complex features a heated pool, hot tub, barbecue grills with picnic area and fitness room.

This well appointed condo is decorated in a beach theme with fabulous 7th floor views from both the living area and the balcony. Morning coffee on the balcony is not only a relaxing start to your day, but also affords you a chance to watch the dolphins on their morning swim. Modern updates include granite countertops, tile flooring and new cabinetry in the kitchen and baths. Other updates include stainless steel appliances, and a full sized washer/dryer.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the second full bath in the unit. The kitchen offers an oversized snack bar plus separate table and chairs. A new sectional has generous seating to enjoy views of the gulf, or your favorite TV shows on the 62” television. Also included at no additional fee is free WiFi and expanded cable.
Located in the heart of Destin you will find easy access to an endless array of activities. In addition to golf, kayaking, parasailing, bumper cars, miniature golf and more, Destin provides unlimited choices for casual and fine dining. You will find multiple shopping venues such as Harbor Walk, an expanded Destin Commons and the Silver Sands outlet mall all within a short drive. Opportunities for deep sea fishing and watercraft rental are abundant in the area.

Our complex is large enough to provide great amenities but small enough to provide a peaceful, family friendly vacation. Sterling Sands is one of the most sought after complexes in the area.

Charlie's place was great and Sterling Sands is always a good choice. The condo has had some updates done and is well maintained. It offered everything we needed for a great stay in Destin.

Awesome Place!!

My wife, my son, and his girlfriend went to Destin for a long weekend, which included deep-sea fishing. We stayed at this lovely condo and loved it. Right on the beach! The pool was lovely! The building seemed secure and was quiet. Will stay here again! Communication w/ Charles was awesome!!

Destin paradise

Being on the 7 th floor allowed us to see all kinds of fish, birds, boats and weather from our balcony. Bring binoculars! Clean and friendly building. Great location. Walking to Henderson State park is a must.

Spring Break stay

We visited for Spring Break in April. We had a health emergency that impacted our timeline and property manager Charlie was very accomodating in allowing us to shift our rental dates a few days.The location is great -- near enough to all the attractions without the huge crowds of other areas.Beach access is literally an elevator ride and steps away -- and so is the pool. The unit is on the 7th floor with a good balcony looking directly out to the beach and down to the pool. Fun stay!

Comfortable condo right on the beach

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Good size for 4 adults, with comfy beds & nice bathrooms. The living area was great with all the comfortable chairs & couches and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the easy walk to the beautiful beach and the included chairs & umbrella during our stay. Charlie was extremely easy to communicate with, reached out immediately to answer all of my questions, & gave us great recommendations for places to eat. For our 1st visit to Destin, this condo was perfect!

Highly Recommend

Our family really enjoyed our experience at this Sterling Sands condo. The condo had everything we needed, very comfortable and right on the beach. The view was amazing and the spacious balcony offers plenty of space to sit out and take in the sights and sounds. The beds and couch felt new and everything in the condo was high quality. The pool and hot tub were nice as well and we appreciated the security staff on site that monitored noise levels and kept out the rift raft. Very easy walk out to the beach as well. And also wanted to mention many great restaurants and shops super close by which was really nice. 10/10 for us!

Great Condo!

My family loved this condo. It was our first time to Destin and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked so we could eat in. The pool was a big hit and I was pleased with how clean it was. Of course the views were spectacular. Waking up to that view every day will have us coming back as soon as we can! Charlie is a fantastic host!

Great Fall break getaway

We thouroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and condo is in a great location near everything. We would definately stay here again. Beach service included was a great imenity. The only thing I would improve is having a soft mattress bad for the master bed. It was extremely firm. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Girls trip with my best friend and our daughters. This property was perfect!! Literally on the beach, pool area was great, grills were very easy to use. The rooms were exactly what we needed. Charlie checked in with us everyday. We had everything we needed to stay for the week. We will def be back!!!

Wonderful condo!

Nice and clean. Easy check in process. Great location and short walk to the beach! We loved that beach chairs were included. Not as big as other condos so less crowded on the beach which is a big plus! Property manager was in contact the whole week. He even had sand toys for my little one after asking since we were flying in. He also mailed my older son’s backpack back to us that we left in the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully appointed….gorgeous views from balcony. Ease of transporting luggage, etc.,carts/elevators. Awesome pool/hot-tub. 1 minute walk to beach. Each condo with own secure code for access to amenities. Very secure, safe environment. Owner quite unique in keeping us apprised of all the “wonderful things to do, places to see, visit including eateries”. Felt as though he had a genuine interest in our happiness. Great location offering vast array of dining experiences within few miles. Will definitely return and would be thrilled to real-visit this property!!

Great View

This is a nice location if you have kids. You’ve got a great view of the ocean and there are some things to do right across the street, like bumper boats, go carts and putt putt golf. The only thing we couldn’t find within walking distance was a convenience store. We ran out of toilet tissue (you only get one roll per bathroom) and had to get a ride to get some. If you drive there it’s not a big deal. The bedrooms are on the street side, so lots of traffic noise until 10:00pm or so. Overall really enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond to all questions.

Great location, but it’s not the cleanest.

When we first arrived, everything seemed clean and super nice. The view is beautiful and the condo is decorated nicely. We soon realized that the condo was not as clean as we would have hoped for the price we paid. The shower curtains were mildewed, towels and sheets had stains and hairs on them as if they hadn’t been washed, the floors were “crumby” in areas as if they hadn’t been cleaned, and the washing machine was so gross we could not use it due to the smell and built up hair. We also came home from dinner one night to the worst rotten egg smell and were worried it was a gas leak. Thankfully, it was just sewage, but the biggest issue was that we had no one to contact with this problem. Sterling Sands has signs posted everywhere that if you rent through VRBO, you must contact VRBO renter with any issues. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone about the smell and because we were unsure if there was gas on the property, we called 911 to be safe. There are definitely perks to this place: nice pool, easy beach access, and not crowded, but the cons outweigh the pros. We will not be staying here again.
