RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet.

Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents.

Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs. The condo has gorgeous views, plenty of space, and very convenient. It was thoughtfully furnished with little things that made it feel more like home (like a pantry area, plenty of seating, etc). And alllll the hooks in the bathrooms (brilliant). Great property and amenities. Definitely recommend.

Great family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family! Check in was easy and I liked that it was gated for extra security. The pool was a nice afternoon hangout and our daytime was spent at the beach which was super close and convenient! Heads up if you want to rent chairs, you may not get front row which was a little bit of a bummer but no one’s fault! We also went on a holiday week so may have just been busy! Overall great and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Location, location, location! The place is in the middle of everything! Only things that were disappointing were the “spare” bedroom bed squeaked every time you moved and the other is the washer dryer are very very small. Did not let these things deter us though!

Beautiful condo and wonderful owners to work with. New Starbucks opened in walking distance! We always chose to drive down to Henderson State Park ($6 day) less than a mile for the beautiful uncrowded beach during out August stay with our own chairs and umbrellas we brought with us. Very clean and updated. Not greatest water pressure but great views. Only negative is beaches are considered probate so can’t set up personal chairs in front of vendor chairs and no umbrellas or tents at all unless paying high rates from vendors renting them.

We’ve been going to emerald towers for 10+ years now. however, our family has grown over the years so this is the first time staying at this particular condo. & it was lovely. Space was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views of course did not disappoint. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place! Breathtaking views and very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you couldn’t bring your own umbrellas. I understand that’s not the owner’s fault though. They do offer rental umbrellas and chairs but it’s first come first serve so the front row is usually reserved first thing in the morning unless you get to it before the others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures were exactly what they said they were. I loved all the closet space. I was able to have all my clothes in the bathroom and get ready in there which was great given I’m the mom and never get privacy. I also loved the abundance of hooks in each bathroom. It’s the little things that make a big difference. The location was ok. It was always really busy and hectic getting in and out but not really bad depending the week you go. We went the last week in May. It was located to many things so we walked to those places. And you could walk more we just chose to drive mostly. We’d stay again for sure. 👍
