    You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Make sure to book this charming beachfront condo at Sterling Shores Resort if you'd really like to experience a fun-filled getaway with your family or friends! Boasting shared on-site amenities for all ages that include lagoon and oasis styled pools, a fitness center, a grill area to show off your grilling skills, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies, this resort has everything you could ever dream of! Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf from your private patio and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or dine nearby at one of many fantastic local restaurants. WHAT’S NEARBY Entertainment is right outside your door! Head to The Track to challenge your group at a go-kart race or share some laughs at the bumping cars. Big Kahuna (two miles away) offers a handful of slides and rides for all ages, along with an adventure park, pools, lazy rivers, and more! If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Excellent Experience! 6 of us.

Overall I would certainly recommend this condo. Clean, with a beautiful view, close to everything we wanted but far enough away to feel like a private resort. The pool and the grounds are very well-kept. The elevators are fast and getting to the beach is shorter than some all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Everyone had a blast on our vacation and there isn't much negative to say about our stay here. The management team overseeing the property is the best I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive and helpful. Direct text that they respond to within just a couple of minutes, every time. If you plan on staying here, definitely check out the Back Porch restaurant. If you go out in town, my favorite restaurant is McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin near Destin Harbor. Share a meal because they are massive! I hope you find this helpful.

I traveled with friends and everyone was very satisfied with this property. Very clean, the pool was ideal, short walk to the beach, and Wal-Mart and other essentials stores were only minutes away. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Perfectly relaxing

This is exactly what my 2 sisters and niece needed. Everything we needed we could walk to. We even had some grocery items delivered. Great views, and very relaxing.

Great location

The property has great kitchen supplies if you plan to cook! Because of covid we wanted quick access to the beach, and didn’t plan to eat out much! So we bought food and cooked, the pools were nice, though the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy them. I’d definitely stay here again. P.S. they have a keurig machine

PH03 was nice

I hope someday we can all Come back. The furniture was dark and bulky and the one bathroom was not clean by the shower. On the flip Side, Sterling Shores is beautiful and the view From the condo was amazing!

Great property and complex!

The property is great but will not book a stay during spring break. Lot of running down cooiriders, slamming of doors, noise, confrontation and car alarms continuously going off. Not very relaxing. We will return in the fall.

Amazing

This was my family's first trip to Destin so we were hoping for spectacular and that's what we got. This penthouse condo was beautiful and the view was even more so. I loved waking up, making coffee, and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and seeing the dolphins swim along the coast. Just perfect. The instructions to get into the parking lot and into the condo were very easy. Getting to the beach was just a walk past the pool and across the road. Loved this condo and the location. Hope to be back very soon.

Couple of issues you need to be aware of the road coming in the front door is soil big-time been replaced. Also, you got a leak in the back of the shower in the primary bathroom that’s gonna cause mold to leak if you need to get it fixed the leak to get fixed. The toilet lid in the guest bathroom is broken. Needs to be replaced.

Had a blast

We had a party of six including 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the condo and the view. It is difficult to get I. And out of because of construction, but that really can’t be avoided. WiFi was very spotty and when I inquired with the gentleman in the office, he said there must be too many devices logged on. Did not offer any help. The wall outlets in both bathrooms are not working. Overall a great experience even with the hiccups.

WOW!

The pictures of this unit are very nice and very accurate, but they do not begin to show the beauty of this unit! It is stunning! The views are breathtaking! The unit is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were here for a girls getaway and we didnot want to leave. We are already making plans to return. The unit is right across the street from the white, sandy beach. There are two pools, a theater, and fitness center. Be sure to eat at the Back Porch restaurant; it's excellent! My only suggestion for this unit is a few more pots and pans, because I love to cook big, family meals and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal. If you are thinking about renting this unit; do it! It is worth every penny!
