    PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

    Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

    We take pride in keeping the condo well maintained and updated. NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER.

The beach view was wonderful. The kitchen is very well equipped!! Location is convenient to grocery stores and local restaurants!!. We were disappointed that the second bedroom didn’t have a closet or dresser which made it difficult for one couple who occupied that room. They had to put suitcases under the beds!!

The host were great and very responsive! The unit was just the perfect size and we had everything we needed for our stay! Although the cleanliness was not great, there were candy wrappers in the second bedrooms nightstand and trash under one of the twin beds and also alot of dust under all beds. I also wish the guest book was laid out , I accidentally found it going through drawers.

We love this property so much that we stay here on our annual family Destin trip every year now. As soon as it becomes available for the next year, we book it. Gorgeous Views and Prime Location!

Our family of 4 loved everything about our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, amazing pools and beach access literally steps away. Everything was super easy from check-in, trash disposal to the overall amenities of the resort. We also loved the location right in the heart of Destin and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The water park directly across the street was amazing and we took advantage of that during a red flag day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable, all that we needed to enjoy our week there. The complex is very nice with pools and right on the beach. We also took advantage of the tennis courts. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at this property in lovely Destin. Becky and Lonnie were great at communicating and answered their phone immediately when we had to call once.
