PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

We take pride in keeping the condo well maintained and updated. NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER.

Communication was early and thorough, making the check in process super easy. All access and info was easy to find. Property owners were so kind and helpful, with plenty of extras like beach chairs and boogie board that made the stay even more perfect. We had the best time!

Gorgeous Views and Prime Location!

Our family of 4 loved everything about our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, amazing pools and beach access literally steps away. Everything was super easy from check-in, trash disposal to the overall amenities of the resort. We also loved the location right in the heart of Destin and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The water park directly across the street was amazing and we took advantage of that during a red flag day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this property in lovely Destin. Becky and Lonnie were great at communicating and answered their phone immediately when we had to call once. They were very helpful and personable. The unit was lovely with an awesome view and we would stay here again with no hesitation; in fact, we would love to!

You couldn't ask for nicer accommodations, verry clean, nicely decorated, attention to details (an abundance of USB outlets), 30 seconds to the beach, and at least in November, sun on the balcony until noon. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

Spring Break for our family of four was fantastic! The condo was perfect! We loved the location, the view and the condo itself. The resort amenities were second to none. The sand and water were gorgeous!

The property is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms provided plenty of space for our family of 5! The property is right on the beach which was amazing! Beautiful views! My kids loved the pools.

We had another great stay! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. Fantastic Stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Easy beach access made for a prefect balance of relaxing in the beautiful condo and having fun on the beach. The balcony view was amazing and my family enjoyed many evenings of having dinner on the balcony while watching the sun set. All the rooms were decorated gorgeously and made us feel right at home. Over all our trip was a success and this property satisfied all our needs!

This condo was perfect for our vacation for 1 adult and 3 teens. We had one minor housekeeping issue upon arrival but the owners had the housekeeper there within the hour. The resort was great and the location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

The condo is just perfect in all aspects and being on the 20th floor is an added bonus. Stayed over July 4th week and had firework displays visible from the balcony and also the front door.

Amazing beach retreat!

So thankful for the opportunity to rest and recharge at this amazing property. The hosts made everything easy, the condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation. The condo is centrally located, so much to do close by. Honestly the resort itself has so much to offer, there was little need to leave. The view from the balcony is wonderful and proximity to the beach couldn't be any better. We hope to book again in the future!

Wonderful stay and breathtaking views!

We had such a great trip to Destin, and this condo really helped make the trip great as our "home base" place. The condo was very clean, the decor had a great beach feel, there was plenty of room for the four of us (the twin beds were perfect for our teenagers), and the views of the ocean from the balcony were spectacular! The resort was very nice! Becky was so easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had, even giving me some ideas of things to do since this was our first stay in Destin. My family highly recommend this condo! Thank you for a great stay!
