About this property
Oceania 407 Beautiful 3 BR right on the beach with 40' balcony
- This 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a complete meal. The condo has a large King size bed in the master bedroom and one of the guests bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the other guest bedrooms and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. The large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two of the three bedrooms. The condo is furnished with a large HDTV, complete with HD digital cable and Blu-Ray player for all your entertainment needs. And the owner will provide you with a complimentary beach set up 2 chairs and 1 umbrella to enjoy the sun and beach during season.

Beautiful, well maintained condo on Holiday Isle. Outstanding ocean views. My only recommendation would be more comfortable balcony furniture. Would stay again.
