Great but we stayed for two weeks and the second week the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. That was a little disappointing.

This condo was the perfect setup for my friend’s bachelorette trip. The location was great and the private beach was good and not too crowded. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Absolute perfection

This place was AMAZING in every way. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze and the place was beautiful. The primary bedroom had a phenomenal view of the ocean, and we were able to watch the sun rise and set on the balcony every day. The beds were so comfy and the whole unit was so clean. Location wise, it was also amazing! It was super close to every thing you could need, and had private beach access AND access to a pool and hot tub. We had an amazing time and are already talking about plans to come back eventually as a family.

Beautiful condo, felt very safe and there was access to a lot of things food and fun. They were doing something to the windows and after they passed our floor there was a lot of caulking that had fallen on our outside furniture and on the windows. Will book another stay!

Family vacation

The condo is gorgeous. It has a beautiful balcony with awesome beach views. The place is spacious with three bed/bath suites which easily accommodated six adults. The check-in was clear and simple, and the communication with property management was quick and reliable. The property has secure gated parking. I’d stay here again!

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo had gorgeous view of Gulf and was tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The washer was broken but the rental agent communicated with me.

The condo was just perfect. Nice view. Clean. Very close to Walmart and restaurants. Super close to the beach. The pool was also nice very clean and easy access. Property management are fast to respond to our questions and needs.

Best Destin Vaca-Jade East

The condo was perfect and just as represented on VRBO. Convenient to everything. ie: restaurants, groceries, beach retail, harbors, etc. Very clean and well maintained. Fitness center had nice machines and full work out equipment. The pool area was beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi conditions were great. The management group very efficient with communication on line. Loved it.

Fantastic spot in Destin, beautiful condo, great host!

We came down to Destin for spring break. This condo is stunning the floor to ceiling windows give you an incredible view of the beach. The condo was very clean. They had a lot of security for accessing the property as well as the beach, which made it feel very safe. When we originally checked in I had gotten confused about the process with the code and was able to get in touch with the rental company immediately and let in, they were very responsive. They even called us when we left a stuffed animal and said they would mail it! I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location & condo!

We loved this property. Perfect for 3 couples or a family as each of 3 bedrooms has a bathroom. It was clean and lovely. The views from the balcony are exactly as you see. I would absolutely recommend this condo. It was perfect for us. My only recommendation would be 2 more chairs at dining table, even if folding chairs in hall closet. There are 4 seats at dining table and 2 at bar area but we wanted to play cards and games at table and bar stools are a bit high. We made it work. *Not a complaint, just a recommendation. The folding chairs would help on balcony too which only has seating for 5 adults. It was absolutely a perfect getaway and location overall!

Wonderful accommodations in this unit.

620 in Jade East was perfect for our family. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! My husband & I had a bedroom as did both of our adult children and 1 of their spouses. There was plenty of area enough for all 5 of us to hang out on the balcony and in the living room area. The view of the ocean from this unit was amazing! Very picturesque!!! We did have some trouble with the internet, but that was resolved in 1 1/2 days, and the property mgrs were very polite and helpful when we called about the urgency of this matter to my daughter’s work situation. The washer & dryer was very helpful to have in the unit. Overall it was the perfect place for our family and I’d go there again!!

Location good, everything else ok.

The location of this property is good. Beach access is good. Nothing special about the property. It would have been nice to include more than a sample size of dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2 garbage bags for the week and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Check out instructions were poor and we were charged $90 for not leaving our plastic wristbands. There were no written instructions stating this on the reminder email and not stated in the Alexa instructions. A simple sign above the wrist band bowl is necessary. For the amount of money spent, it was bare bones and a $90 extra fee seems excessive. I would suggest a different property.
