Besides the beautiful beach with its’ expansive dunes and swaying sea oats, Emerald Dunes also has a pristine, sparkling swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub surrounded by lush palms for your enjoyment. Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, and bathrooms. Along with all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
