About this property

GULF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!

  • NEWLY REMODELED! Beautiful 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front 5th floor unit in the heart of Destin! The gulf front master suite has a king bed and full bath with separate shower and tub with sliding glass doors opening to the oceanfront large balcony. The second bedroom is very spacious and also has a king bed with a full bath attached. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also has a full kitchen with all necessities for preparing meals for your family. The unit also has a new full size washer and dryer as of May 2019. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park, convenience/liquor store, gift shops, etc. Please be advised that free beach service will be discontinued starting March 1, 2026 per a decision made by the HOA board of directors. Beach service will be available to rent in 2026.

    You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00+tax for each person 5 years and older. This will be paid separate from the booking and must be paid directly to the HOA upon check in.

    The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.

    *Early check in and late check out will be $50 IF it is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

The heated outdoor pool was great for the winter. We loved the private balcony and great beach. The remodeled bathroom shower is one I’d like to have at home. The traffic was a little tough but the condo IS in the middle of the action. Overall we enjoyed our 3 weeks.

Family fun on the beach

We had the best time while staying here. I enjoyed running every morning down scenic Hwy 98, and then hopping in the pool cool down before some beach time. We were centrally located to access great restaurants, attractions, grocery store and more. We will definitely be coming back. Room was clean and spacious, and having beach chairs with the unit was a plus.

Condo was beautiful with easy beach access and a great pool. The host was responsive when needed (our packet with code and bracelets were not in the condo as expected and she responded quickly with needed info). Only issue was the bedroom facing the street had lots of street noise at night and kept my friends up at times.

Great Time

We had a great time here at Destin with the family. I will definitely recommend staying here. The location was great minutes from everything you could possibly wanna do with the family. The condo was amazing very clean and spacious for a family of four. Will definitely be looking at booking more time here in the future. Checkin was made a breeze we arrived a little earlier then expected and was able to check in early definitely a plus when traveling with kids.

The condo is as the listing shows. Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, surf shops and go carts. Parking was never an issue. Elevators were fast with little wait time. The weather was rough a couple of our days and the balcony was perfect for those days and still being able to enjoy the outside. Highly recommend!

Go To Destin Condo

This was our 2nd year in this same condo. I love the complex, it's just the right size as far as number of units, the elevators are fast and efficient, the complex is well maintained and it a safe secure area. I hope to book this same unit for next year and stay even longer. The actual condo is great, very clean with everything yhou need, and you can't beat the view.

Beautiful condo

My husband had a heart attack on our second day and ended up having a triple bypass. Our host was extremely kind and cooperative. The condo was very comfortable with a fantastic view. It was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked, as advertised. I will definitely come back, hopefully under better circumstances.

I'm hesitant to leave yet another positive review about this condo, because I'm afraid too many other people are going to find it and it won't be avaliable when i want to come back next year! But we were extremely happy with our stay. Communication with Mandy was super fast and easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the condo was as great. And the view from the balcony was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice!

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and well supplied. No issues at all. Our favorite part was the view. The proximity to the beach was amazing. A quick walk out to the chairs that were set up for us everyday. When we needed a break from the beach we could enjoy the heated pool or hot tub. My boys loved running back and forth between the beach and the pool. The deck/patio area was perfect to watch over the pool area and great views. We watched dolphins every morning while eating breakfast on the deck/ patio. The condos location has close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Book this you won’t regret it!
